Small-group training that alternates between lower and upper body, perfectly timed between morning feeds and lunch. Our expert trainers ensure every movement is safe and effective for your postpartum journey. And yes! You can bring your little-one along with you.

✅ Mums-Only Yoga (Wednesdays, 11:30am)
A gentle but powerful session designed specifically for post-natal bodies. Rebuild your core strength and find moments of peace in a supportive environment.
✅ Your Private Recovery Sanctuary
A weekly 60-minute session in our Private Recovery Room where you can truly restore. Alternate between the healing warmth of our sauna and the rejuvenating power of our ice bath. This is your time — to reset, to breathe, and enjoy some all-to-precious “me time”. (*included with Method Mums 1)

I experience a fair bit of anxiety and historically have struggled in some gyms- I can easily say that in the year and a half I have been accessing the gym I have never once felt uncomfortable or unwelcomed. Q: How soon after giving birth can I start?
A: We recommend getting clearance from your doctor/obstetrician but 6 weeks postpartum is the general rule. If you’ve had a Caesarian then we recommend waiting until 12 weeks postpartum to recover before starting.
Q: I haven’t exercised in a long time/during pregnancy — is this suitable for me?
A: Absolutely! All our sessions are designed following RANZCOG 2020 guidelines for Exercise during Pregnancy, and our expert coaches specialise in post-natal fitness. We meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re just starting out or getting back into exercise. Every movement is scalable, and we take a personalised approach to ensure you’re building strength safely and effectively.
Q: Do you have childcare facilities?
A: We don’t have childcare facilities – however, you can have your child alongside you as you workout in the main gym. We also have a space up in the Reset Room where you can leave your child while you do yoga/pilates.
Q: What if I'm the only complete beginner?
A: You'll be in good company! Many of our mums are returning to exercise for the first time since giving birth. Our supportive community welcomes women at all stages of their fitness journey, and our coaches ensure every exercise can be modified to match your current ability. Remember - every mum in our community started exactly where you are.
Q: What happens if my baby is sick or I can’t make it to a session?
A: No stress at all! We know unpredictable motherhood can be. You can just cancel your class booking if you need to.
Q: Can I bring my baby to sessions?
A: Most definitely! We encourage you to bring your little one along with you to your classes.
Q: Is there a maximum age limit for babies?
A: No, but if your little one is very young, we recommend bringing headphones to help block out any noise.
Q: What makes the Recovery Room option worth the extra cost?
A: Our Recovery Room isn't just about physical recovery - it's your sanctuary for complete restoration. Your weekly 60-minute session gives you dedicated time to alternate between our sauna and ice bath, helping reduce inflammation, speed up recovery, and most importantly, give you precious uninterrupted time to truly reset. Many mums tell us this becomes their favorite hour of the week - a time to completely focus on their own wellbeing while their body recovers.
Q: How does the Recovery Room booking work?
A: It’s a private room just for you during your one-hour booking. You’re welcome to bring your little along, or if you have a babysitter, you can take the time to fully relax and unwind.
Q: Is there a time limit for each session?
A: Classes run for 45-60 minutes, and your Recovery Room session is 60 minutes. If you're doing a solo session, you’re welcome to take as long as you need.
Q: What if I need to cancel my membership?
A: No problems at all. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your membership we just ask for 2 weeks notice and there are no hidden cancellation costs.
Q: Is there a minimum commitment period?
A: Nope!

A: Method Mums is built for mums, not just gym-goers. With private, mums-only strength + yoga, expert coaching, Recovery Room + Reset Room access, virtual options, and a supportive community, you’ll get tailored training in a mum-friendly space—where you can even bring your little one. Unlike a regular gym, you’re guided every step of the way for safe, effective progress.
Q: Can I put my membership on hold if my baby is sick/I'm unwell?
A: Absolutely. Simply let us know when you would like to pause your membership and we will process it for you straight away.
Q: Can I try before I commit?
A: Of course! Just reach out, and we’ll book you in to try a class or two so you can see if it’s the right fit for you.
Q: How does the private forum work?
A: As soon as you sign up you will have access to our Private Method Mums Group located in our app where you can connect and share your progress with other Method Mums.
Q: Are there any additional costs I should know about?
A: The only additional cost is a $50 joining fee, which covers your access fob and admin setup.
Q: Do you offer any payment plans?
A: You can pay weekly or fortnightly depending on what works for you.
Q: Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership if I want to?
A: Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time!
