COACH billy
co-head strength coach
This workhorse of a human is not only an exceptionally good coach, but he is extremely handy on the tools. When he isn’t taking sessions or classes, you’ll more than likely find him tinkering around and fixing things within the studio.
The amount of hours this guy puts in and the level of care that he provides to his clients is why we love him and why we are so very lucky to call him ours. He is constantly pushing himself to become better + to learn more so he can then inspire others and help them do the same.
Billy is another one of our powerlifters and has been training under + alongside Coach Josh for over a year now. His ability to follow the methods provided to him + staying consistent with all aspects of his health + fitness regime is why he has come so far in such a short amount of time.
As far as human beings go, Billy is one of the better ones that you’ll ever meet. The only time that you will see him without a smile on his face is when he is in game mode and about to attack a barbell. All other hours of the day you will get the polite, well-mannered individual that we have grown to love and who will literally go out of his way to help whenever needed.
When you are in the gym next, find the guy with the coffee in his hand + ask him to show you his killer Jete!
COACH Kia
co-head large group coach
Now if you haven’t already seen Kia floating around the studio yet, we are very sure that you definitely would have heard her! This girl certainly has the gift of the gab and she will be chatting your ears off from 4:30am when she enters the studio until 7pm when she finally leaves.
But that’s what makes our little Kia so special! She will go out of her way to make anyone feel warm and welcome. She sees the potential in someone before they see it in themselves and she makes it her mission to ensure that you fulfil that potential by following her methods.
Kia works full-time as a Social Worker, but somehow makes time to take classes, PT clients, Train herself (generally 4am in the morning), study and makes sure everyone around her is having a good day.
Be sure to head over and say hello to this selfless, lover of people when you’re in the studio next. If you don’t know what she looks like, listen to the excessively loud banter that’s coming from a smiley, sweet, innocent-looking girl!
COACH memmy
co-head large group coach
Have you attended one of Coach Memmy’s classes lately? If so, you’ve experienced her infectious positivity and genuine spirit firsthand. Memmy is dedicated to making everyone around her smile, and her enthusiasm is truly unmatched.
A true sports enthusiast, Memmy's passion shines through, especially when her favourite teams are playing. As an ardent supporter of the Collingwood Magpies and the Boston Celtics, her energy is palpable – just don’t cross her path if her teams are losing!
In addition to her coaching prowess, Memmy trains like a powerhouse, balances a full-time job as an accountant, and spends her spare moments immersed in all things sport.
Next time you're here, be sure to say hi to Memmy. Just a heads up – it’s best to catch her after a win from the Magpies or the Celtics if you want to talk sport.
You can find her leading our large group classes every week.

Next time you see this amazing little human in the studio, make sure to pop over and say hi (bonus points if you bring her some orange lollies)! You can find her in both our large group cardio + small group strength classes each week.
COACH bea
head mat pilates instructor
Introducing Coach Bea, whose boundless energy and love for chatter go unrivaled (although Coach Kia is right up there)….
Bea is set to become your new Mat Pilates maestro. Her journey with Method kicked off two years ago, teaching Boxing and Metcon classes until the arrival of her little rockstar, baby boy Hendrix.
Bea's Pilates journey began long before it was trendy. She stumbled upon its wonders while into bodybuilding and quickly realised its magic for her own body, making it a daily ritual. Her Pilates passion is infectious, whether you're a seasoned pro or just dipping your toes into the Pilates pond, she's got your spine (literally).
When you spot her in the studio, swing by and say hello. You might even ask about her high school accolades, like the prestigious award for being the loudest in grade 10! And yes, she confesses to rocking fake glasses (no lenses) for that scholarly vibe as a prefect.
Bea's not just a fitness queen; she's got a heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Get ready to experience her incredible talents firsthand!
COACH sorcha
head yoga instructor
Introducing Coach Sorcha, our Irish dynamo! This pint-sized powerhouse isn't just a yoga guru; she can bench-press your expectations too!
After a wild adventure around Australia, Sorcha decided Tassie was the place to be, swapping leprechauns for wallabies and rainy days for sunny rays (mostly, anyway).
Last year, she went on a yogic odyssey to India, soaking up all the mystical knowledge like a shamrock sponge. Now, she's back at "The Reset Room," armed with the wisdom to help you find your inner Zen.
Looking for some personalised butt-kicking? Sorcha's your gal for one-on-one PT sessions as well. Just don't mention cheese boards or whiskey; that's her kryptonite!
When she's not perfecting downward dogs or lifting weights, you can find Sorcha buried in books, jamming to tunes, hiking up a storm, or even tossing folks around in jiu-jitsu!
Drop by the studio, say hello, and maybe she'll share her secret coddle recipe (it's like Irish stew, but with a touch of magic). We're thrilled to have Sorcha on our team, and we know you're all going to love her vibe!
